In this self defense series taught by Jason Lee of Diesel Gym, we’ll be showing you two techniques to keep a bully at a distance and avoid being grabbed or tackles.
Although not “Muay Thai specific” these techniques are important to teaching kids for self defense against bullies. Even as an adult, these techniques are great tools to use against aggressive opponents in street fight.
